The Oil & Gas Partnership is organized and managed by the North Central Workforce Investment Board and the Pennsylvania Oil & Gas Association under grants from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry. The Partnership is a collaboration of oil and gas industry employers and trade associations, including the Independent Oil & Gas Association of Pennsylvania, that works with regional educational institutions and economic development interests to meet the industry’s labor force needs.
